Hello everyone.
I am sad to announce that I will no longer be using Newgrounds as an art posting platform. This is not a decision I am making lightly because Newgrounds is a site that I still really like.
However, because of the Twitter meltdown and all of the AI art nonsense, I’ve had to spend a lot of time scrambling to rebuild my audience on other platforms and it is draining all of my energy. I am spread across so many platforms at this point that I am spending more time trying to maintain those instead of actually creating art. So I am going to start cutting out my less active accounts.
I used to post very frequently on here back in the day, both digital paintings and animations, but my activity has decreased a lot over the years. The main reason is because my work has changed since joining Newgrounds. I don’t really make animations anymore unless someone hires me to do so. I also don’t do as many digital paintings as I used to, firstly because my webcomic has taken over and secondly, because the AI art situation has really discouraged me from creating and uploading paintings.
My Newgrounds account will still be up because I need a backup for my animation projects – particularly “Love the Dogs” - at the risk of them getting removed from YouTube (considering how draconian YouTube is becoming as a platform). I am not deleting this account, I’m just no longer uploading here. I will also need to keep this account up as a backup just in case.
If you would like to find me elsewhere, please follow the links in my LinkTree below. My most active accounts will be Tumblr and BlueSky.
Hope you’re all doing well. Keep creating, I know things are really awful for artists right now but we need creatives more than ever in a world that keeps getting more corporate and sterile.
Peace out.

That's really a shame, your last piece was what got me to follow you here. Bluesky I understand is a "twitter" alternative, but I'm surprised you're going back to tumblr despite the automated censorship machines.
I don't believe Newgrounds really tolerates AI generated art. In fact I don't think they allow it either. I remember when posting my illustrations, they posted a disclaimer about it.
